The felts on each of our tables are printed using a process called "Die-Sublimination" which provides that all logos are embedded into the felt during the printing process. The felt also will not stain or absorb any liquids should something spill and is fire retardant. This is the EXACT same felt used in the casinos.
Are there any cleaning fees if something spills on a table?
No, Nope, None, Nada! Spills happen and we believe it's just part of doing business and taking care of our clients. Besides, if any type of drink spills on our tables, the liquid can be cleaned up in a matter of minutes. Once cleaned up, the felt will be completely dry and ready to play on.
Is there a fee for lost chips?
No! We do not believe you should be held accountable for your guests not returning our chips. We completely understand and we feel that on occasion there are going to be chips that are simply forgotten about and not returned. It happens and it is simply part of the doing business.
